First blog in a few weeks.
This month has been a whirlwind for me.
Lots of anxiety popping up & in & out of hospital for 2days (all good).
It’s crazy to think that in some situations, that we can forget to breathe.
A simple deep breath in & out can calm us instantly.
I’ve noticed & it’s been noticed by others, that when I’m stressed or anxious, that i don’t breathe. I tend to hold it in. I hold on instead of going with the flow. Similar to trying to control a situation.
I’ve learnt alot the last few days.
Breath work *just keep breathing*.
I’ve also learnt that I’m not superwoman, i don’t need to control everything & have my shit together (i also don’t need to have everyone else’s shit together either).
Also I’ve learnt it’s ok to ask for help, ask someone to hold space for you whilst you change & evolve. Also it’s totally 1000000% to cry
New job started this month also with a good friend.
Just as Great Mother Gaia has April Snow Showers, we are all Ever Changing & Ever Evolving.
Take some time to yourself, allow yourself to feel, grow & Evolve.
I love sleep right now for some crazy reason it feels like a soothing recharge.
